Your Responsibilities

The job as a process operator at Knauf involves monitoring and controlling the process. You will work on-site in the factory and oversee production equipment and the product. To ensure that you, as a new employee, have the right conditions to settle into your work with us, we offer a training period. In return, we expect you to be curious, responsible, and driven as a person.

The production facility operates large parts of the year, around the clock, which means that working hours are in shifts. The production department has many LEAN tools installed, including 6s, SMED, root cause analyses, and continuous improvements that are actively worked on.

Your Background/Your Qualities

We believe that you who are applying for this position have completed a technical upper secondary education, preferably from a mechanical or process engineering program, or another education that we consider equivalent. It is advantageous if you have several years of work experience from the process industry.

To fit into this role, you need to be engaged, responsible, and development-oriented. You have the ability to work both independently and in a team, but you should want to pull in the same direction as the company and your colleagues in the team. You are an initiative-taking problem solver with good social skills. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form. Your computer skills are generally good, and if you have previously worked in business systems, we see it as an advantage.

A forklift license and a B driver's license are required.
